• Vouchers must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment

• We are not responsible if voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

• All gift vouchers are issued in GBP. If the voucher is redeemed for a purchase in a currency other than pounds sterling, a currency conversion will take place at checkout, this conversion uses the exchange rate at the time that the gift card is redeemed (not the exchange rate that was in place when the gift card was purchased)
