'Small Business package'

A commercial license for ALL Féerie Telle sewing patterns and tutorials, allowing you to make and sell items using our patterns and tutorials.

Price: £30 / month

You will get access to:

● A commercial license for ALL existing and future Feerie Telle sewing patterns and tutorials allowing you to make and sell items using our patterns and tutorials.*

● Access to a small business chat feed where I will do my best to advise and assist you with the knowledge I have accrued over nearly 2 decades of running this business.

● A copy of all future digital sewing patterns and tutorials, as and when they are released, and 48 hours before they go on general sale. (This won’t necessarily be every month, but if it’s taking longer, it’s because it’s a more complicated and expensive pattern that we’re working on!)

● If you’re interested in the pattern development process, you can choose to be one of our pattern testers (optional)

● A monthly printable appliqué template and video tutorial, with detailed instructions on how to get your appliqué as perfect as it can be on a regular sewing machine (no fancy stitches required, just straight and zig-zags)! The appliqué isn’t just for Féerie Telle clothes- you can use it to adorn and upcycle any of your clothing. Plus, you’ll also receive access to our Patreon Community Chat, where you can ask questions about our patterns, appliqué and all things Féerie Telle.

● Each month, one of our Patreon subscribers (from any tier) will receive a £50 voucher to spend with Féerie Telle. To be eligible, all you need to do is answer the Patreon question of the month. We’ll choose a selection of the top answers and put it to a vote. The vote is open to all of our Patreon subscribers. As we get more paid subscribers, the number/ value of the giveaways will increase! Giveaway entries generally need to be recieved by the 10th of each Month so if you subscribe after this date, your first opportunity to enter will be the following month.

● Each month I will do a live stream,answering questions and talking about topics suggested by you - our subscribers. You will be able to submit suggestions for Féerie Telle / sewing related queries and subjects ahead of time and I will try my best to answer them on the live.

Please note:

Subscribing to Tier 4 will not give you access to the back catalogue of already released patterns.
Subscribing to Tier 4 will not give you access to the back catalogue of already released applique tutorials.
If you're using the Patreon App on IOS, you'll notice that the prices are higher- this is because Apple charge a 30% fee for in app payments. You can get the regular price by using your internet browser or Android app.

*On top of the monthly membership fee which covers the above perks, there is a fee of + £1 per garment sold (payable monthly).

This is a limited commercial license agreement to make and sell handmade items using Féerie Telle patterns and tutorials.

Within this agreement, 'pattern' or 'patterns', refers to all content within the pattern, as well as any variation of the pattern, derivative patterns, and accompanying illustrated tutorial. 'Item' or 'items', refers to any product made using a Féerie Telle pattern, as well as any variation of the pattern or derivative pattern.

Féerie Telle agrees to grant a limited commercial license to the licensee for up to 50 items per month for each pattern.

As well as the monthly 'Tier 4 - Small Business Package' fee, the licensee agrees to pay a fee based on the number of items sold- this fee is currently set at £1 per item sold and is payable monthly.

The licensee may not exceed the number of item sales stated within this agreement without express permission from Féerie Telle. All fees are non-refundable.

This agreement is valid as long as the licensee remains an active, paying subscriber of 'Tier 4 - Small Business Package' on Patreon.

The licensee agrees that all promotional content or product descriptions, in any form, in relation to any item made using a Féerie Telle pattern will credit Féerie Telle as the creator of the pattern. Where possible we request that Féerie Telle is tagged in all social media posts or that a link to our website is provided (www.PixiePatterns.com)

The licensee may sew/attach their own shop/brand labels or tags into the items made using a Féerie Telle pattern. In order to maintain a clear distinction between items made directly by Féerie Telle and those made using a Féerie Telle pattern, the licensee is not permitted to attach the Féerie Telle logo or branding to any of their items.

The licensee may not claim the Féerie Telle pattern or any variation of the pattern as their own or use the pattern to make derivative patterns and sell them or redistribute them as their own. The licensee may not sell or distribute the pattern or any portion of it, in any way or form.

Item fees are payable to Feerie Telle on a monthly basis. You will receive a monthly reminder to pay your fees online. If no sales have been made then no action is required. Should the licensee violate any of the above terms, or engage in any business practice which Féerie Telle or it's representatives deem to be unethical, Féerie Telle reserves the right to revoke this license without notice or explanation.
